1. Digital Product Delivery

All TrackTrip services, including mobile applications, dashboards, and subscriptions, are delivered digitally through our website (https://tracktrip.org) or via our mobile apps on Android and iOS.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery of services (activation of your subscription or access to premium features) usually occurs instantly after payment confirmation. In some cases, it may take up to 2–5 minutes due to network delays or payment gateway processing times.

3. Non-Delivery Circumstances

If you have successfully made a payment but your premium access or account activation has not been delivered within 1 hour, please contact us at support@tracktrip.org. We will verify your transaction and manually complete the activation within 24 hours.

4. International Users

TrackTrip services are available globally. Since all services are delivered online, there are no additional customs, duties, or regional restrictions on delivery.
