Cancellation & Refund Policy

TrackTrip provides digital fleet and trip management services. As our offerings are subscription-based and instantly accessible, payments once made are generally non-refundable.

1. Cancellations

Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from your account dashboard. You will continue to have access to premium features until the current billing cycle ends.

2. Refunds

• Refunds are only processed in cases of accidental duplicate payments or technical billing errors.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction via email to support@tracktrip.org.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

If you believe a refund is due or need assistance, please email us with your payment ID, mobile number, and registered email.
