- Login using your registered mobile number and password.
- Tap Start Trip to begin your assigned route.
- Ensure GPS and Internet are turned on for accurate tracking.
- If you go offline, data will auto-sync when connection resumes.
👩👧 Parents
- Login with your parent account to view your child’s trips.
- Tap on a trip to see real-time bus location.
- Receive automatic alerts when the bus starts or stops.
- If tracking is not visible, ensure permissions are granted.
👨💼 Owners
- Login with your admin credentials.
- Use Manage Trips to assign vehicles and drivers.
- Monitor all active trips on the live map.
- You can also import or edit parent lists anytime.
⚙️ Troubleshooting
- If location is not updating, ensure battery optimization is off.
- Reopen app if background permission was revoked.
- Contact support@tracktrip.org if the issue persists.
